Lovely to be there in the quieter winter months. Didn't book an excursion, but enjoyed walking around the Old Town. Lots of quaint spots and shops. Plenty to keep your visit busy.

I loved Rhodes. There is much to love, beautiful scenery , history, archeology, as we are becoming fed up with coaches supplied for the cruise excursion we hired a taxi for €60 and was taken round to various points of interest. We could have had longer but we opted for an hour trip. Very nice driver who loved his island and was so proud of his heritage.

Probably the best of the 5 islands visited. Nice port with lots of history and things to do. Excursion was good and informative.
