This place is boring. Leftover town from a former usaf base. Nothing really interesting here other than a few neat churches and a city wall. Port was good however. Good shops in the terminal.

Minoan palace is very interesting. Great opportunity to buy Cretan olive oil.-- the best olive oil in the world.
