The five stars is for the Paradise Cove and Historical Tour and not for Labadee. We got off the ship early around 8:00. The beaches were already getting crowded. I'm not sure what some people are seeing or maybe May is not a good time to be there on this beach. It's not a private island at all. Of course everyone knows that. The beaches were very rocky and murky. We walked to all of the beaches some had less and some had more. It was all the same to me. Now back to the excursion. Wow. I really liked this tour. We learned a lot about Haiti's culture. We visited a small village were we watched people make things like baskets to peanut butter! The people were pretty friendly and not pushy at all. Paradise Cove was lovely. The sand was like powder. The water was crystal clear and there were only us from the tour at this Cove. Maybe 20? They had loungers, kayaks and plenty of shade. We snorkeled along the rocks and found beautiful fish and a medium size stingray! Bonus! The ferry ride was fun and refreshing too! If I come back. I will go to Amiga Island which was our original plan. I'm sure thus excursion would be way better than the beach Labadee.

Our most favorite day!!! Got off ship within 30mins if disembark time. Took tram to Columbus cove—couldn’t figure out how to get to water taxi. Got 2 chairs set up next to palm trees near sidewalk. Shade and no one near us. Rented water mat, enjoyed the water, labadoozies, and a tasty freshly cooked BBQ including freshly grilled burgers and chicken. Mac and cheese, rice and beans were very good as well.

Zip line here is amazing!! It’s a must every time we visit this island! Always our favorite! They have added so many hammocks, chairs, etc to the island, and it has really made it a relaxing environment!

First time back at Labadee in 10 years. Much has changed, I like the addition of a pier (no more tenders!) paved walkways and more shelters, cabanas & shade. I was really sad to see Barefoot Beach reserved as basically a VIP area. The lunch was AWFUL and disorganized but I didn't go there for the food. We enjoyed the pineapple drinks - tip: closer to the end of the day they were 2 for 1. The artisan village...I would have LOVED to peruse and shop but the vendors are too pushy. I did buy a couple of paintings that the whole family loved. Walk out to the Dragon's Breath point and listen it's really cool but wear shoes that ground is HOT up there.

Love this private island. I prefer the beaches by Columbus Cove due to the soft sand. Whenever I go to Labadee it is always a quiet, relaxing beach day. I never do excursions here. Once I found my perfect spot, I just relaxed and enjoyed the peace. Picnic lunch was good, and I enjoyed it.

Labadee is beautiful!! We rented a bungalow in Columbus Cove and our attendant was friendly and always close by to serve us drinks and get a ride to coaster and back to ship for us. Bbq lunch was good. Anxious to return to Labadee.
