Review summary

Royal Caribbean has really upped their game on the entertainment.  The comedian was really good, the ice skating show was amazing and the Broadway production of Grease was incredible!  Promenade show iwas lots of fun and very upbeat.

Service was wonderful all around the ship.

Captain docked the ship without so much as a bump.

Almost all the food in the main dining room was tasty. Specialty restaurants food & service is like being in an upscale NY restaurant.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

We found the choices at the Windjammer unappealing. The main dining room (except for the first night) & specialty restaurants were very good though

The best we've seen other than on the Oasis.

Never encountered a single crew member with anything but a smile. Our cabin steward kept our room immaculate at all times. Our waiter and assistant waiter were extremely accommodating.

Always immaculate. Great Promenade!

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was terrific. Loved waking in the morning to the ocean view from our balcony. My only complaint is that with all the electronics everyone has these days we need more than one double outlet. I brought an adapter with me for additional outlets and USB ports but couldn't use it because the only outlet is too close to the desk.

Ship tip

The 1700 Plantation tour in Jamaica is beautiful and informative but don't go into areas with a lot of trees and shrubs without mosquito spray!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
