We went parasailing and ziplining. I enjoyed the ziplining better. Great views of the ship. The parasailing was alright, this time two people on our boat got seasick and I was nauseous. The waves were very big and they cancelled the rest of the excursions for the day. The locals were pushy when trying to sell their items at the beach.

I'd give this a 3.5 start really. It's pretty. Food is mediocre. We did the day beds at the end of the island. Came with floating mats and a cooler. Those themselves were nice. Service isn't great but, we got over that and had a nice time. Water was clean as was the beach.

Scenery was nice, shopping was ok except for the fact that the vendors ( some, not all ) were pushy and copped a bad attitude with you if you didn't buy from them, and some of the vendors ( not all ) seemed like they were trying to take advantage of the tourist with asking for overly high prices, on items that you could find in other shops close by for much more reasonable prices.

Did not care for this place. I think it Royal would sink some more money into this place it would be a nice port. We did not like it because of no umbrellas at the beach for shade etc.. We ended up just enjoying the ship for the day.

Loved Labadee! We stopped there in January, 1 of 4 stops on a 9 night cruise. We did the Sand bar island excursion! We had a blast! They take you to a sandbar, give you a floatie to relax in the water with. They had a cash bar on board and was very inexpensive! We will book that again for next April when we stop on the Harmony. Only draw back was the local shops, the vendors horribly pushy and aggressive! I get that we are how they make money but dang I will avoid that area like the plague!

Such a beautiful island!!!!! We rented a cabana on Nellies Beach. Gorgeous!!!! My only complaint is that RC should serve lunch at each beach. Was not impressed I had to leave the cabana (which is $$$$) to get lunch.

The beach and island itself was beautiful. The problem we had was with a staff member on Labadee, Haiti. The nearly all the staff on Labadee were helpful, except for the one individual we needed help from. R.C. staff at guest services on the ship had told us that the staff on the island would be able to get us a beach wheelchair that would allow my husband to get to the ocean to swim. Again, he is paraplegic and can not walk into the ocean. When arriving, we were told there were only two chairs and both were in use. After an hour of waiting for a staff member who said he would be right back never showed up, we went to talk to another staff member at the entrance of the private island. He told me that there were no such beach chairs and didn't know what I was talking about. Then I was told by a female staff member that the individual, who just told me he didn't know what I was talking about, was the one responsible for the beach wheelchairs. Upon seeing me point at him, he went around the corner of the building and (as if by magic) pulled out a beach wheelchair. I was very upset at the lack of care from this man. It was clear that he didn't want to be bothered by me and that lack of care was preventing my paraplegic husband from enjoying his honeymoon with me. I was very upset by this but tried not to let it bring down the rest of my honeymoon.
