Really nice port of call and we were lucky enough to get a cabana on Barefoot beach (usually suite guests only). Sea was beautiful, but rather stoney getting into the water. Food was fantastic as was our personal waiter. My only gripe would be the amount of staff constantly holding their hands out for a tip, really annoying.

Because of a medical emergency with a passenger the cruise ship (Independence of the sea) only port at one island and not two island on the itinerary.

RC private resort area on Haiti. Very hot day, but the tram ran enough to be able to get from one end to another. We spent our time at Columbus Cove. There were lots of palm trees so lots of shade. Being off a small ship none of the beaches or any areas seemed crowded. The downside was there was only one dining area open during the day and it being hot, we opted to return to the ship and eat there. As stated in prior reviews the market area vendors are aggressive but polite. It seemed that every other shop was selling exactly the same thing, so their schtick is to tell you their names or talk about something you're wearing,all to distinguish them from the next booth. I got the impression, just from looking at the items , that they are not native made. Being a small ship with few families and kids the Aqua Park was not open.

This is a beautiful destination. The Dragon’s Breath Flight Line (zip line) is amazing and has a great view of the island and neighboring areas. It’s a must-do.

We loved the beach, many things to do, the people were friendly, and the fact that RCCL owned the island and had food there was awesome too. I wish we could have done the zipline, but were going back here soon, and will do it then.

In Haiti :Zip line is a must! If you only do one excursion pick this one. You will be glad you did. Memories to last a life time. It was the best ever.
