I found this port area lacking. We rented a golf cart and toured the entire island. There is not much here as far as I am concerned. Pillory beach was a great place to swim and the water at Governor's beach was also magnificent. Jack's Shack should be renamed, but I cannot post my suggestion of said name. It was crowded, the b behind the bar was rude. It was worse than a Chinese fire drill to try and figure out where lines started and stopped. I had their signature drink and I would have been better off drinking run-off from a rusty roof. It was truly horrible and I would never ever go back to Jack's Shack. I wasn't overly thrilled with Grand Turk and likely won't return if I can prevent it.

Margaritaville has free chairs and umbrellas to use, nice pools if you don't want to use the beach.

For Grand Turk we rented a fishing charter. Wasn’t my favorite. My family also said there was multiple people asking them if they wanted to buy drugs. I would recommend Margaritaville if ur looking to have a fun time- it’s free as well.

We visited Margarittaville here. We had a great time, but it is much more of a party atmosphere for the younger crowd. We stayed towards the back by the kids area and enjoyed ourselves away from the chaos at the front of the pool. It takes FOREVER to be served at the bar or swim up bar, unless of course you have boobs and blonde hair. That is my personal opinion, but my brother and husband both agreed.
