Review summary

Would never go on the Vista again. We are having issues with being charged double by Vista in general and by cloud spa 9. I purchased a couple massage prior to the boat which was discounted and then after the massage got charged the full pricing and then refunded my discounted price. The price bumped about $100. I am trying to nor get my money back because I saw on the website that my original price should've been locked in.

Was not happy about Havana being closed off to "non havana" guests made it seem segregated. There needs to be a pool on the serenity deck because the other ones constantly have screaming kids in them. Fitness center and spa options ie sauna and steam room were not comparable to that of the Pride. Vista didn't even have a steam room and the sauna was beyond tiny.

We dined at Fahrenheit 555 and they broke a glass and that glass chip hit my boyfriend. At the end of the meal they stated that our meal would be complimentary but at the end of the cruise I was still charged.

Excursion was the sea trek. Experience underwater was good but we had to wait an hour to get in the water and was running late so we almost misses the boat.

This happened to us on the Magic last summer after our very expensive couples massage. Thank goodness I got a print out to review all of our charges. But guess who had to do the one thing she hates doing on her last night of cruising, stand in the long customer service line. The most dissapointing part was having to explain the problem and it not being recognized immediately as their error. It became so awkward that I finally said you think I did 2 couple massages back to back minutes a part, for that price?! The spa was closed and she had to make phone calls to whoever to "figure out what happened", like c'mon. The disputing part is what frustrated me most, just fix it already! Missed my dang show fooling around with them! Smh

Good luck! If Carnival owes you money they will definitely pay you back, they have sent us cheques in the mail when we weren't even expecting anything!

I always travel with copies of receipts and confirmation of payment. I was on Vista in November and need proof of order and payment for my honeymoon cake. It seems there were no records of it. Sometime a bigger ship is not a better ship

We had no issues on the Dream. It sounds like your masseuse did not know how to process the auto gratuity portion correctly.

someone screwed up bug time. i pre-purchased spa service before I sailed on the Vista in December. no issues at all with billing. i can't imagine they won't fix it if you have documentation that you pre-paid for services. hope they fix it.
