This is a nice port to visit. It is very commercialized, however Margaritaville is a lot of fun and within a short distance from the ship. It includes several bar areas, restaurant, a large pool, wave simulator (costs), and a beach with free chairs and umbrellas. The beach was okay, it was a bit rocky but the water was calm and clean. (Bring water shoes) There are plenty of shops available right at the port as well. If you love music and fun, this port is for you!

My most favorite port so far between the 4 cruises I've been on. The docking being right at the beach is nice and makes for a very scenic view. Already booked to go here on my next cruise.

We got off the boat and took a cab (you can easily walk as well) to Jack's Shack. We were the only ones on the beach at Jack's for at least 2-3 hours, it was awesome. The beach right by the port was crowded and the water looked like it was full of seaweed but where we were the chairs were free and the umbrellas only cost $10 and the water was crystal clear. Plus when you get hungry you just walk up and eat at Jack's. It was a perfect day.

We love Grand Turk! The water is so blue, clear and clean! Beautiful! I love to wander down the the far end of the beach and take a relaxing walk. If you head over to the right side after getting off the walkway - you can get some interesting info on John Glenn whose space capsule landed in the waters nearby. Did you see Hidden Figures? If so, all of the info you see and read ties into this perfectly - pretty interesting stuff! There is also another bar on that end called the Beached Whale - drinks are good but VERY strong! They also serve food.

Grand Turk is, by far, one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The ocean is crystal clear as far as the eye can see. We did the "Rainbow Calypso Island Tour" excursion. We really enjoyed this tour. We rode across the entire island in an open tram. Our Tour Guide Adrian was wonderful. He was born and raised on the island, and provided a lot of interesting facts about the island history/culture in a fun and upbeat manner. We stopped and explored some of the local souvenir shops. The people were very nice, and were not pushy at all. We also traveled to the islands' historic lighthouse, and came in contact with some of the islands' donkeys where, with caution, we were able to rub and feed them. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to explore this beautiful island, I highly recommend this excursion. It was only $35/person for a 2-hour tour. I absolutely love Grand Turk!

Grand Turk is our favorite island. It’s so pretty. We like that it’s not a far walk from the ship to the shops and the beach. Everything is so close. We can’t wait to get back.
