We purchased our one and only excursion for this week from Carnival. We did the sting ray city and beach excursion. It was pretty awesome not as good as the one you do in Grand Cayman but was still pretty cool. The beach they take you at the end is the same one that EVERYONE seems to go to near the entrance in GT. It wasn't bad...but was pretty crowded the day we were there.

Greet island. Loved margaritaville. Drinks were a little high but the beach was great. We watched a shark eat an octopus on the by the dock walking back to the boat. That was really neat.

There was a beach right next to the cruise port, The beach is clean the water that’s beautiful several tour operators operate right on the beach. The cruise was the village he’s OK not overly big and not too small you can get your passport stamped right there at the village can stamp them for a couple bucks per person. There are a few people who try to sell conch shells and trinkets on the beach I would not recommend it because you are unable to bring the items back into the ship because they are not sanitary. We did a separate gibs cay with stingrays for 65 bucks for 2 hours. This excursion was excellent, we were a group of 10, we first snorkeled for about and hour then went to a deserted island for the conch demonstration and stingray touch/feel/pictures. They get you back to the cruise village with a few hours to spare.

Enjoyed this island much more than we expected. Thought “there would be nothing there” but it was idyllic. Palm trees on the beach and the one island we encountered where loungers were free. Enjoyed a snorkelling excursion and time on beach. The Beached Whale bar to right as get off ship was fab.

Margaritaville has a large pool and swim up bar...what more do you need? For the row of beach loungers up close near the water, they'll charge you...go a row or two back and you'll be fine...those loungers are FREE! If its a hot day, stay out of the loungers with the shade attached to them...there isn't any air flow...you'll sweat like a stuck pig!
