the room was hot called a few times about it then finally a teck came and said it was hot wanted to move me down to level 3 from the lideo deck did not want to go there so they gave me a fan for the last 2 nights

everyone was helpful but our guy that was helping us with our bags left us withour bags after wee were at the wrong garage to get the car so we had to take our bags the rest of the way ourselves, but our friends man stayed with them the whole time even tho we were at the wrong garage

The cooling systems in the rooms can be REALLY slow to respond. Just depends where you are on the ship. We have found the front of the ship more consistently stable vs the rear
