When we got off of the ship we learned that it was carnival time. Streets were closed as were many of the shops. We were not told about this while onboard.

Did not go to this port - it was changed to St. Thomas which is in bad shape from the hurricane

Bucks island was gorgeous. the snorkling was nice and the beach was amazing. Fort christiansted was cool to tour. Taxi from fredricksted to christiansted was only 16 dollars round trip and the trip took about 40 minutes.

St Croix was very pretty with some great shopping right at the dock. It was fairly hot on this day so we didn't do much, but the people were very friendly.
