The island is beautiful .. we had a great time at Ocean World. We would recommend and definitely do again!

Loved this place. We went to porta Platta, saw their museum, McCorix rum factory, a casa for lunch, had great samples of coffee and chocolate, shopping, the catholic cathedral, a coconut vender, and fort San Felipe. Too many peddlers though.. and they never would take a no.... the bus had air conditioning and we were able to leave our bags and purchased items on the bus.. the driver and the guide were amazing.

The first time I went to Amber Cove, I had been scared by it. We had been the second ship to dock, and there had been armed guards everywhere. Now they are much more used to tourists :-) I had a great experience this time. We did a Carnival Monkey Jungle excursion. It was wonderful. Although I did not get more than a few seconds of a monkey on me (because a lady screamed and scared them all away), my husband had several of them, including a mother carrying her baby. Such a neat experience!

New, clean, friendly, shopping, and you don’t have to do an excursion...pool and slides available for free.

Did the damajagua waterfalls excursion. You definitely need to be in shape for the climb, and the payoff was well worth it. Bring a go pro for some amazing shots. The port terminal was great, and found this stop to have the best prices on liquor to bring home.

Hung out at the Carnival pool and shopping area. Umbrella rental was easy and everything was nice and clean. Shops/attendants were nice and we liked the photo opportunities. We had a very enjoyable day!

Had a wonderful excursion at Ocean World with a dolphin encounter! It was an awesome experience to hug, pet, feed and get kissed by a dolphin! The shows were great too

Has a free pool at port which is nice. One thing I missed here was the local people with their craft stands, I like original things not bought in regular stores which is what’s at this port. Port was clean. We did not do an excursion because of the current problems there, however I did not hear anything negative from anyone who did

Was a very pretty island. Didn’t do an excursion just shopped around a little bit and went to the carnival free pool with a bar. Didn’t do a lot but We enjoyed it
