Took a taxi to Paradise Beach. Highly recommended!!! You pay one low price to snorkle, kayak and enjoy other beach activities.

We took the Island tour and shopping. The areas they take you are very poor and the people sellimg to us at those stops were very pushy. I didn't care for that.

the town was large enough to spend some time in. Not much on haggling for best deals ect which is what you have to do.

Our snuba was cancelled due to strong surf. The port city itself is ok for shopping. 2nd time to Cozumel - would look for cruises with other ports in the future.

We had a shore excursion to Chankanaab Park which was very pretty. It was like a botanical gardens with a beach. There were several iguanas roaming around near a lagoon area but they didn't bother people. Th dolphin swim is nearby. We also saw replicas of the Mayan Ruins.

We rented a car. Beware as the roads have been heavily damaged from storms. They are dangerous. Great way to see the entire island and stop where you want.
