Rhum Runner beach excursion and harbor tour. Staff on the Rhum Runner was extremely friendly! Everyone we met when we got off the ship was nice. When we told anyone we didn't need a taxi or a tour, they were nice and told us to have a great time on their island, no pressure. A few sellers of stuff at the beach, but nothing too crazy.

We did the eco trek to bamboo falls and Mona monkey. They don’t tell you that you have to trek through the river current holding a rope, so wear appropriate shoes. It just says comfortable so we wore tennis shoes and had to have them cleaned by Royal for other excursions. Royal did cover the bill for it due to not telling you that part. It also doesn’t say there is only one monkey and you are expected to tip the woman. But this was a beautiful port and a good day.

Excursions expensive. Did the tractor/train tour, and had a walk round ourselves. Recovering well from hurricane damage.

Went on catamaran lobster & champagne lunch on Hog Island. Never got to see the underwater statues as sea too rough. Lunch & trip very enjoyable.

Different to the bigger islands. Ship's tour was a good way to see some of the island.

We had two excursions cancel and the final one we were booked on was not what we asked for. They gave us a tour of their airport and their university and a fort. Nobody wants to pay money to go see somebody’s airport. I understand half the island is closed because the agriculture areas contain a lot of unvaccinated people but if they are not prepared for guests then perhaps don’t go there? Wish we would have just gone to the beach but really wanted to see the spice farms since that is what the island is known for. If they couldn’t do the spices at this time they should just not offer those tours. Also the shore excursion desk help i the ship needs to be more educated on current conditions so they can advise more accurately. Again, nobody wants to go see somebody’s airport. That’s not an excursion you pay for. We asked for a refund and after several conversations it was provided. But we still feel like we missed an incredible place and left disappointed when so many of the ports are already canceling this is one we should have been able to enjoy. Also the length of stay on the island wasn’t long enough for us to go back out after the terrible tour. We could have taken a taxi to at least see the beach. Instead our kids slept for three hours in the back of a van with no air-conditioning breathing exhaust because they said the ship would not allow air conditioning to be used in the vans for air quality.

Our excursion, Golden Nutmeg and Diamond Chocolate, was informative and entertaining. The primary tour guide was excellent; the nutmeg factory guide not so much.

We did treetop excursion Ziplining on our own But the taxi ride was expensive. This one I might recommend doing through the ship even though we had a great time. We were here on a Sunday so many things were closed including the beach snorkel rental shop it was a bummer.
