It was nice, but the beach was too busy...

We went on a great excursion, sadly the butterfly garden had been destroyed in hurricane Irma and I had been looking forward to visiting it, but we still had a good time

We loved our stop at St. Maarten. We went to Maho beach and Grand Cass beach and stopped at Marigot. I wish we had more time at Marigot we only got to go to the French bakery didn’t have time to shop. We stopped and fed iguanas. Loved seeing the French and Dutch side. The cheese shop by the port is amazing.

We got a taxi to Mullet Bay, which was FAR better than Maho beach. Cost $8pp and about a 30 minute drive. Well worth it.

St Maarten beach break is awesome. A beautiful private beach right by a restaurant with included lunch. And beach chairs right on the water. You need $3 for tge umbrella. Lunch was delicious, get the Mahi Mahi. Bring cash for water sports everything you could want. A few sellers but no locals.

Nice beach but everywhere we went there were people trying to sell something. Could not get rest for having to deal with someone coming around trying to sell something.
