How did we end up here? It was a National Holiday majority of shops and restaurants closed, no parades or anything. Not much interaction with the locals. Just got off the ship after being on there for 2 days at sea. and here for 13 hours with nothing much to do , but get back on the ship. Our iternary had already been changed and this is what Carnival came up with. Very disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful here. Stayed at the Marriott right on the beach and the water was always calm and weather was great all week. We felt very safe here. Walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. We also went to the island with Palm beach and it was great for all ages. Highly recommend Aruba as a whole. The only downside is that everything is pretty expensive.

Beautiful island. Very expensive though. We walked out of the main tourist area and found a fantastic bistro to eat at by the casino and marina. It was called The Garage Bistro. We also did a catamaran excursion through a pelican tours. It was fabulous. Great crew and plenty of time for snorkeling and beach.

If you take ANY kind of off-reading excursion, not ina sealed-up bus, bring a scarf or bandanna for your nose and mouth and eye gear. Beautiful north coast, a blast on the DePalma 4x4 but DUSTY!

Beautiful island and one of the few that doesn’t look so third worldly once you leave the port. Took a bus to a beach that was offered through carnival for like $25. Beach was beautiful and had a place to eat, but the people on the beach were very pushy for you to rent their umbrellas/chairs.
