So, so windy. Beautiful beaches but we were sandblasted.

The pirate ship snorkelling excursion is great fun. We visited 3 snorkeling locations, including the Antilla shipwreck. Conditions were favourable this time and we were able to see the wreck. After swimming was complete, passengers were invited to walk the plank ... I mean swing off the ship via a rope swing. It was very entertaining to watch, but I didn’t partake.

Tour around the island was super boring. Nothing really much to see. Oranjestad was nice. Did some decent shopping.

We had a shore excursion booked. But meeting area was Confusing and chaotic. Once we got on the excursion it was very nice. The service at the bar at the beach we were at was horrible.

Water was beautiful! Took a tour of the island and was dropped at Eagle Beach. Got a little worried about being picked back up, called driver to pick us up. No place to change into suits. I was unaware of this. Was told by the driver that there was and that there were a couple bars on beach. 1 bar. Could not get a drink or use restroom. Not very friendly so we went back to ship.

Rented a car and drove to Baby Beach which was beautiful! Maps.me did not work because there was no signal. Although small island was simple to navigate, getting out of the cruise terminal and onto main road proved difficult without mapping software. Made the adventure a little more challenging. :D

It rained so we couldn’t visit the beaches. We toured the island and that was okay but our bus driver mentioned tipping him ($20.) half a dozen times. We did tip, but his reminders were unnecessary and annoying.

So disappointing, not as pretty as they show on TV, didn't get to eat anything, all the shops were closed by 8pm, couldn't find any local food which that's one thing we love to do, eat local food. we found none. went to snorkeling, probably the worst of all islands I've ever been ( I've been to most of all islands). I will not return for sure! Check of my list, I've been there! :(

This was our favorite port!! Aruba is BEAUTIFUL! We took an open air bus from Carnival to Eagle Beach. The beach is absolutely GORGEOUS! Note: umbrella rental was between $25-$65, Chair rental was $8 each. We did not expect such a high rate for umbrellas which took most of our money taken with us off the ship.
