stayed in port and did some shopping. Loved the Christmas decorations. Most of the stores sell the same things, but it was still nice to get out and walk around to see the city.

Blackstone Treasures UTV Tour was a blast! We drove in a caravan of 10 UTVs into the rugged outback along the spectacular northern coastline of Aruba for three hours to see the natural bridges and jump off the shorter cliffs to explore a hidden water cave. Bring a kerchief for your face and water shoes for climbing the cliffs. It's fun, and the scenery is breathtaking.

A bit surprising how Americanized the island is, but beautiful nonetheless. Enjoyed some tasty apps at Lucy's (try the scorpion shot if you're brave!) Took a cab to Arashi beach (~20 min from pier) which was as beautiful as a postcard. Lots of bait fish which attracts pelicans to the area. Some other fish to see a bit further out. Bar right on the beach has small plates and beer at good prices. Sunset on this beach is stunning.

Wonderful port. Arranged for a private tour with E. C. Tours, and it was great. We were in an air conditioned van, and was able to see the whole island at our speed...the Aloe factory and tour, Ayo Rock Formations, The Natural Bridge, the California Lighthouse, and then the beach. Our tour guide was wonderful and able to give us the background of the island and places, the different languages that are spoken and that it is actually cheaper to come to the states to buy clothes then it is to get them there.

Aruba is such a special, dessert-like type of island in the Caribbean. We went on an All-day 4x4 Jeep Tour booked with El Tours. They were excellent and our guide, Ronald, showed us most of the wild, rocky coast, along with the Aruba Ostrich Farm and beach time at Baby Beach on the southern coast.

Had a blast here! Port has LOTS of shopping and many, many excursions to offer. We did the off-roading experience and it was fabulous!
