Barbados is one of our favourite stops for cruising. Can’t go wrong here.

Taxi front men at port lie. Use scare tactics to route you to a beach where they are teamed up with the chair, umbrella, bar & food, water sports vendors. Locals somewhat pushy over and over again asking you to buy their goods.

Went on Best of Barbados Island Tour excursion. Visited botanical garden. Very nice views of nature. Had some local food and rum punch. Was not impressed. While driving back saw plenty tint shacks and poor people housings. Atlantic side of the island water very rough and strong wind. No swimming in the ocean

Loved Barbados, did the Scenic island tour and Mount Gay tour - this was just a tasting tour, not a distillery tour so that was a little disappointing but our guide was funny and entertaining so still worthwhile.

I did an excursion that took you to a former sugar plantation where you got to try a Bajan rum punch and tour the former plantation house. The guide was very funny as they made the samples. Later, we visited a very nice country church with some stunning views of the ocean.

Harrison Caves and scenic drive. Drive around Barbados was nice. Saw Rhianna's street where she grew up and her $22M condo where she visits now. Got to Harrison Caves and it had been raining heavily. We sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes then were told the Caves were closed due to excessive water inside, etc. Bummer as this is the second trip for us to Harrison Caves and both time they were closed. We did get a full refund by Princess.

On of my favorite islands. This island has such a quaint feel to it and the people are extremely warm and friendly. Granted, I went to this island over 20 years ago, but what I can remember, it was beautiful and breathtaking. I would definitely return if I had the opportunity to do so!
