The cruise line should consider removing this stop. The island has not recovered from the hurricane from 2017 and might not ever. Unfortunately the island is struggling. I know what it looked like prior to the hurricane and now it looks like a war zone.

We actually did the Baths Tour to Virgin Gorda. We decided not to do this on our own. I think this was a wise choice. The ferry was high speed and smooth. There are open, covered and inside ac areas. The ferry was all our group. You got different wristbands to break us up. It was well planned. We did miss part of our party due to age and injury. In the end it was the right choice for them to cancel. I am a large person and my husband has some back issues. I was fine and he took his time. It was worth it, this place is amazing and the water was amazing. Dad not to see Tortola, but all of the BVI’s are gorgeous. Don’t miss!

Tortolla itself was fine. We didn’t really do much on it because we did an excursion to Jost van Dyke which we loved. Might be the highlight of the cruise. We did a catamaran ride over there and wished we could’ve stayed all day. Two hours on the island just didn’t seem long enough.

NCL needs to do something about better crowd control at The Baths. Tons of people and no guidance through the caves. Very long lines and disorganized. Though the caves were very interesting once we got through them.
