Disappointed in the condition/age of the ship. Staff/service was probably the worst of any Royal Caribbean cruise we've ever been on. The only exception was the poolside bar staff. Ship seemed old and dirty...NEVER saw anyone cleaning common areas.

Had a supervisor lie our first few hours on board about the whereabouts of our luggage. Room steward did the minimum...we arrived with mold around the bathroom sink and I don't know when the last time they cleaned around the toilet. Had to keep asking for the same items over and over, ice/extra towels. Best staff was the poolside bar staff...excellent and paid attention to our regular drink order.

NEVER saw staff cleaning common areas, handrails, bathrooms etc.! Old carpet with mismatched pieces, things like that.
Cabin / Stateroom

Mold/dust around sink that was there the entire trip, dirt/dust around toilet area, broken light in shower, poorly draining sink. Lack of refrigeration an issue! How do you offer people to purchase drinks in cabin, but have no way too keep cold. Begged for regular ice and finally had to over tip to get it!
