We did a private island tour (not booked through the ship), visited Paradise Point (enjoyed banana daiquiris, Megan's Bay beach and other sites. A good time was had by all.

This tip is about St. John (we had read about bustling St. Thomas and decided to avoid it). St. John is indeed beautiful, but our island tour was a little one note and we saw so many beautiful islands during the cruise that St, John didn't stand out by the end of the trip.

Love the beaches at St. Thomas. We took a taxi to the beach ourselves, we did not book an excursion.

Beautiful water !! Again took a private tour. Went to top for Bannana frozen drinks. Not to miss drive and view. Then went to a small beach starts with a C. Lovely small with restaurant and bar.

They just had a storm the day before, so some streets and stores were closed. But, St Thomas is a great port overall.

This is one of my favorite islands and the only reason I gave it only three stars is because we were given only half a day there as we had to be back on board by 12:30 pm as we had to head back home. All my other cruises to St Thomas we were given a full day.
