A: Everything is done through the cruise planner. Go to the Royal Caribbean website, sign in, go to my cruises, then under the cruise you want, there’s a button that says “Plan my Cruise”. Within the cruise planner, coco cay bookings will be under the s... hore excursions tab. I believe you can also book within the app by clicking “Excursions” on the lower menu-bar while on the central page. Finally, there is also a shore excursion desk onboard the ship that will allow you to book any shore excursions while onboard. This is the worst option, as some will be sold out, and the price will be higher, but on the flip side, there will be a crew member to help you out if you have questions.See More

Answered by SeveralChunks on August 20, 2024

A: You can book on the Royal Caribbean app or online. Log into your Royal Caribbean account, click on your cruise and then click on your cruise planner button.

Answered by kef2016 on August 17, 2024

A: Whatever you book make sure to keep track of the price often as they change. You can always cancel what you’ve purchased thru the cruise planner and reorder at the cheaper price.

Answered by livlifenoregret on August 18, 2024

A: There are places to go on Cococay that doesn't cost anything but if you want to do things that cost then I would go through the app before the cruise. They run sales especially during holidays.

A: People telling others to remove their service charge that's not right. The crew work very hard and they deserve that.

Answered by enjoyurdaysmile on May 9, 2024

A: I also agree that removing gratuities is a crappy move. DONT book a cruise if you can’t afford the gratuities for each person. You wouldn’t go out to dinner at a restaurant and not tip your server.

Answered by livlifenoregret on May 10, 2024

A: Know that the waterpark on Coco Cay is an additional cost for admission. And if you don't have a drink package, drinks are additional on the island too.

Answered by msrat1 on May 9, 2024

A: Pre-pay your gratuities! If your girls drink a lot of sodas pre-pay for those also! I brought drink cups that at lunch they filled up on free tea or lemonade! The arcades are great hang out but to play games they cost and add up real fast. I pu... t $15 a day on their cards. When money was gone that was it! At CocoCay theres pools ocean cove to swim in free. Mine loved the pools. Did not purchase the waterpark! I talked with my kids b4 we went and went first time with them to the arcade and teen area. As mentioned prepay for internet! That way yall can communicate! I also brought a note pad so if i was at pool i left a note and same for them. We had meet up times so we could get pizza or ice cream! Your going to love cruising! Last of all have fun take pictures laugh!!See More
