Yes you can. My wife and I snorkeled the rocks off of Chill Beach. If possible go early before the crowds murky the water. Good variety of fish. We had our own gear. Not sure how it works if you want to rent gear.

You see people snorkeling at all the beaches and even in the Lagoon. You can bring your own but if you forget there is a rental shop.

yes you can snorkel from the beach be mindful there will also be anywhere from 2000-6000 people on that Orlando as Royal likes to have 2 bog shops there each day. the water will get cloudy and congested so be ready to swim out to the boundary line for clear water.

Yes you can, they have snorkel equipment available for rent or you can bring your own.
