Very interesting but I think we might have chosen the wrong excursion as didn't see what we thought we were going to. Would have to find another excursion if were to visit here again. We did learn many things about this area though.

The train ride is enough of an excursion. Do not take the hop on hop off bus tour with the train ride. It duplicates the train ride.

Very friendly welcome from the folks of Saint John. Women receive a rose and the men receive a pin. Town itself is OK. Cute shops and churches to see as well as vendors down by the water.

The PUB's in the area of the port are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I loved the fries (chips).

This little town really makes cruisers feel welcome. We visited the Bay of Fundy and toured the town.
