Beautiful town by the water! People were very friendly! My favorite port on the cruise! Must get some blueberry ice cream and a Whoopie pie while there.

Went on the Intimate Bar Harbor tour on a 14 passenger bus with Rob. Weather was perfect, leaves were almost at peak, nice opportunities for picture taking. Had a lobster roll and blueberry pie with blueberry ice cream at the end of the day. Our favorite excursion of the cruise.

Fun place. Enjoyed hearing the history of place on the walking tour. We had a very knowledgeable guide.

The Acadia National Park was a wonderful excursion for the short period of time we had at this destination. ***For limited mobility persons and some of the very elderly, I would be cautious of taking this shore excursion as it required using a tender (shore boat) to get ashore. On our return trip to the ship, 3-ft swells and brisk winds made for an adventurous transit back aboard; with a very scary time for a few passengers who had mobility difficulties.***
