Another great place to stroll the streets. The church of St. Savior has lovely Tiffany stained glass windows and is an easy walk from the dock. It also is a good place for those looking to shop as it has very interesting stores and boutiques. And of course, if you are looking to sample lobster you will have a gazillion choices. Did not take an excursion as have been to Bar Harbor multiple times.

We took the Acadia National Park tour. A quick trip through the park and spent lots of time in town. Half of my group added the horse carriage ride.

Taking a tour that included both the downtown area and Acadia National Park was the way to go.
