Absolutely positively horrible. My dad needed assistance off ship. Two people assigned to this task. Unbelievable, we waited well over an hour. I finally tried on my own to push wheelchair. Thank God someone came along to help me.

I can see disembarkation being horrific. Last year when I went the Summit, I had to wait in line for close to an hour with almost all the carry-on luggage for 3 people.
