If we had it to do again, we would have gone to St. George the first day. We did take a taxi tour of the southern coast and Hamilton which we enjoyed. King's Wharf appears to be the least interesting of the three cruise piers/

The first day we purchased the ferry/bus pass wen to St George's and did some snorkeling at Tobacco Bay, did some sightseeing in the small town of St George's. We came back to the ship and had dinner and went back to King's Wharf for a Bermuda Festiva. It was wonderful time, watching the children perform a local dances. Our second day we spent at Hampton, we went to Crystal Lake and then back into town to vist the art museum and walk around town shopping and visiting gallary's. It was a wonderful trip!

Enjoyed the excursion we booked, the island is beautiful, many interesting places to see all the way to St. George, either by water, bus or taxi.

Get away from King's Wharf as soon as you get there - nothing there but a prison, a pretty useless mall and a rocky manmade beach. We took a relaxing boat tour from the wharf to Hamilton, passing by some beautiful islands and houses on the way. Hamilton is kind of a fun place, if only for the sight of everyone wearing the famous Bermuda shorts as business attire. We grabbed lunch at a deli and had a lovely picnic in the park. Apparently some of the beaches on the south side of the island are quite spectacular but unfortunately we didn't have time to make it down there.
