We never really saw any of the port of Seward. We took a glacier prince William sound tour. It was very informative and the glaciers were beautiful but the tour was too long. The bus driver "Bill" was really great and extremely informative.

This was our first time in Anchorage, we splurged and took the Explorer flyer over Mt. McKinley. It was well worth it.

We rented a car and drove to Kenia Ford National Park. It was gorgeous.

Spent a day in Anchorage prior to the cruise. Took free shuttle to the zoo, but was a bit disappointed in the zoo. It wasn't well laid out and for a small zoo was particularly difficult to get around. The rest of Anchorage was great - everything within walking distance. We even walked from the hotel to the train depot with our luggage - not any worse than carrying through the airport! Alaska Railroad to Seward was great and they checked our bags through to the ship which was awesome!

Visit to the Alaskan Sealife Centre was really interesting. Great work with sick and injured Sealife. Exit Glacier was amazing, but be prepared to walk and climb to get the best views.
