Lumberjack show was cheesy but enjoyable. Totem Night State park was beautiful and interesting. We liked the Fish House, and shopping was good. We also had great weather.

This the port to buy souvenirs ! I learned the hard way! Numerous shops and good prices. We went in an excursion to the rainforest sanctuary and loved it! It was very educational and informative and beautiful

Great port. We didn't do an excursion, just walked around town, including Creek Street, up Married Man's Trail, and back to the Totem Heritage Center. The Alaskan Lumberjack Show was a blast as well. Good souvenir shopping.

Stop with the hard sell on the diamonds and Tanzanite. I get it. Cruise line has vested interest in getting people to buy, however I did not dream of travelling to the other side of the world to shop for gaudy, expensive jewels.

Probably one of the prettiest ports. Loved all the shops on scenic Creek Street. We went on the Bering Sea Crab Fisherman’s Tour. Got told hold several different crab and watched them feed the eagles. I have never seen so many eagles. It was well worth the trip just to see that.

We did the zipline and loved it. I am scared of heights, but I held it together and am thankful to say I have done it! Staff were great and I highly recommend.

My first time there, simply walked around the town, which sorry to say is not the most friendly to cruise passengers. But growing up in San Diego, I can honestly say that sometimes I was sick of tourists...so I get it. Creek street is a blast to walk around, wonderful to think about the history there (ah hem) and they had some pretty good little restaurants that sat you along the water to eat fish n' chips and watch seals do a little fishing as well. Second time in Ketchikan I was more serious about my excursion, sucked it up and took the float plane trip out to Misty Fjord. Yes, it's very expensive, but absolutely 100% worth it. The experience of taking off and landing on the water was worth the price of admission. Saw some grizzly bears from the air, which was wonderful to see them from such a safe distance. This is by far the best excursion to date!!

Beautiful town and right off the pier. Great shopping nearby. 20 ft tides make it really hard on the crew to constantly reposition the gangway. Stick to land and sea excursions because weather is highly unpredictable and your flight will be cancelled at the last minute 9 out of 10 times
