Nothing like traveling from Amsterdam, seeing their Red Light District, to Ketchikans Red Light District. Fun to see the Salmon jumping up stream to spawn.

We didn't spend much time in the town itself - which was beatific and well planned, but headed out to a tour of the native sights and the rain forest. Clean and well worth it - sort of like middle earth.

Beautiful views. Seen loads of bald eagles. People are very friendly and helpful. We were here in 2014 and returning in 2018. The scenery is absolutely breath taking.

I wish we had more time here. I understand why, but our excursion (Wildlife experience and crab feast - also highly recommend) took up 4 of the 5 hours we were there so unfortunately we did not get to walk around town as much as I would have really liked. It was beautiful there!

Has been amazing! We've rented a car and done our own thing and seen beatiful places and shopped. As far as shops, there are awesome ones and ones that were very rude if you didn't buy what they were pushing. Those we're the diamond shops. We had some coupons and some frowned when we didn't want anything else. Julie's was great shopping I recommend it! Diamond international was very rude as well as another one. I won't step foot in another one. We wanted to look around first before buying. I definitely didn't go back to make purchases there!

Went to a quaint little museum and walked Creek Street. Beautiful. Sea Plane adventure to Misty Fjords was amazing! Nice town with lots of local crafts.
