Public shuttle was basic, felt that the drivers could have been more pleasant with the people visiting their town. I went shopping on my own and quit only when I got sick of hearing the 10+ jewelry stores trying to bait people into the store. I'll admit that they got me into one where the salesperson left me feeling like I had just encountered a sleezy used car salesman. So touristy here. There were 3 different large cruise ships at the same time, I never made it to Creek Street due to overcrowding.

Did our own excursion. Went on the Duck and walked around town. Did some shopping.Was not much to do there.

Rain - our glacier float plane ride was cancelled due to weather - bummer ! Shopped and walked and got wet. Still enjoyed it - but sort of a carnvial atmosphere

Our excursion was cancelled (Rainforest zip-line) at the last minute because of lack of interest…disappointing. When we got off the ship the zip line people were there & couldn't understand why there was no interest on the ship but couldn't help us until later (not possible, ship was leaving in 5 hrs) because for this time they were fully booked. In the end we booked a sea-plane trip to the Misty Fjords…only to discover we weren't actually going to the fjords…they said it was too foggy…flew over the mountains…frankly it was a boring waste of money…should have just asked for money back. The shopping was typical of this type of tourist place, not really impressed.
