Visited a couple of bars. Did the Roberts Tramway, nice ride up with a great view. Also, did the 5 Plane Glacier Taku Float plane ride. That was a great excursion.

Juneau was a nice town. We went up the Mount Roberts tramway and enjoyed that. The nature center at the top is mostly a gift shop, but we walked around on the trail and saw some bald eagles from the tram which was really cool!

We loved our Whale-watching experience the most! Saw 3 humpback whales with Gastineau Guiding Company. We also enjoyed getting out for a hike atop of Mt Roberts Tram and also in the Mendenhall Valley rain-forest to the banks of Mendenhall Lake.

Don’t bother with the Mendenhall Glacier viewing and Salmon Hatchery tour. View of Glacier was miles away, misleading name and a waste if one has seen a hatchery.

We went on a whale and wildlife excursion through Princess and it was outstanding. It helped the temperatures were in the mid 80's and the sun was out all day. We were picked up on time and took a short ride to Allen Marine, where we boarded the American Eagle catamaran. There is inside seating and areas outside to stand. There are bathrooms on board, as well as snacks for purchase. There was a naturalist on board and she pointed out things of interest along the way. We saw glaciers, porpoises, sea lions, birds, and several whales. We highly recommend this excursion.
