Great little city with lots of sight seeing opportunities. The Gondola ride is great. Lots of trails at the top of you're prone to hiking.

Great port near many restaurants; hiked to Mendenhall Glacier; need to arrange transportation to Mendenhall Glacier because there are not ubers or lyfts in Juneau; saw great wildlife; Do not eat at Red Dog Saloon - very bad food

I did the Mt. Robert Trameay and Whale watching tour. Both excursions was good. We took the tram up early before any it got too crowded. That was a huge plus since we go to take alot of pictures before the rush came in. The whale watching tour was great also but just which the whale would have breached the waters. We seem at least three but they just came up for a bit and seen the tail.

Many shore excursions were cancelled the day we were there due to very high winds. Our Tracy Arm Fjord excursion included. Instead we had lunch at Red Dog Saloon and did some shopping. I had been to Juneau before, and unfortunately this time was kinda a bummer.

We were scheduled for the dogsledding and glacier landing tour,it was a bit cloudy and due to low clouds we could not do the dogsledding but went ahead with the glacier expidition on Herbert Glacier it was truely magnificent and majestic. We did this with Coastal Helicopters,such a bucketlist event 🚁 If you can do this, its not everyday one gets to a place as beautiful as Alaska and I have seen a few places to know this makes it high up on the list!

Very touristy. We absolutely loved the hovercraft excursion we did though. We rode the Mt. Roberts Tramway as well which was nice walking trails, but it was rainy and foggy so not much scenery.

We visited the Mendenhall Glacier and Whale watch, both were very scenic. The city of Juneau itself was ok from the little I walked around downtown.
