SO much to see and do! We rented a car and spent 10 hours driving around, taking pictures, visiting Mendenhall Glacier and also going out to the Shrine of St Therese. This was not part of any listed excursions, but it was SO beautiful and we were really glad we made it out there. It's maybe 20 miles outside of the downtown area, but worth the trip if you rent a car or take an Uber there. Also did the Mt. Roberts tram. There are tons of trails at the top and epic views. We loved it all!

Great when you got away from the docks. The glacier in town is amazing, and it is very easy to see whales in the area.

I did a non-NCL float trip. Although it would have been better without the liquid sunshine and the fog/mist which hid most of the Mendenhall glacier, it was still enjoyable. I enjoyed paddling and seeing my first bald eagle close up (about a yard away from the raft).

The 7 hour excursion to Tracy Arm was highlighted by viewing of the Sawyer glaciers. Excellent tour.

City tour and Mendenhall Glacier were on the agenda here. We spent time at the glacier and the day was lovely and clear so we could see everything there was to see. On our return, we boarded the Mt. Roberts Tram for a trip up the mountain. Again, it was clear and we could see our cruise ship below.

Wonderful! Went to the Glacier park and hiked to Nuggett Falls followed by a whale watch. Couldn't have been better!

For the Capitol it was a lot smaller than I imagined! Loved the tram ride and the view from the top!
