Late arrivial and really late disembarkation! No direction on where to disembark. Excursion was a complete mess up to where people that cancelled their excursion went on it anyway. So therefore we were booted off of the Jeep tour because they could not accomedate us! My parents inlaw came from South Africa for their 51st Anniversary for a once in a life time trip to be hit with such and embarrassing moment!!! I'm from the US and I was ashamed of how my country handled it. The crusie excursion director Claudia said she would make it up to us but she did nothing but reemburse our money...

Nothing to do in port but a wide selection of excursions. We saw a lot of whales but no beers.

It was a scenic walk into town, and we enjoyed lunch at one of the 2-3 restaurants, but this port only needed four hours, not an entire day. Long wait for shuttle, should have better organization to deal with cruise ship passengers.

Made for cruise ships. Nothing to see unless u go whale watching. Walking around stinks. No paved road all crushed gravel. Avoid
