I'm sure it is fine but this port stop starts after 7pm. Few bothered to go ashore. The only thing this stop accomplished was an increase in Port Charges. Just dumb! Got good photos of town in the twilight from the ship though.

This is my favorite port. The cruise company didn't own any shops here, so no jewlery stores, or perfume etc.. It was all authentic and small town. There are some electric scooters you can rent, but we just walked into town, bought some local fudge and walked back. Not much to do, short stop, but scenic and authentic.

Very boring. The walking tour was a total waste on $$ as well as the brewery tour

Took the boat then the train in Skagway. Live trains so it was a highlight. Beautiful views and the history was informative and fun

We did the train and I just wish we had more time in town. To rushed to get back to the ship. I wish we would have known we could have gotten on a later ferry back to the ship.

Great little town, not as commercialized as the other ports.
