World Map

So a few years ago I saw a post on one of my cruise pages where a lady said her son took a world map on their cruise and had crew members sign their name on their home country. A couple years ago I bought a world map so I could do this on my next cruise. Sadly, I forgot to take it. I just came across the map as I was looking for something else. Guess what, it is now with the suitcase so it will be going on our May cruise. I'm excited.

Interesting idea.

What about taking a smaller world map and having people put on "Dots" (like the size of a hole punch) with #'s and then have a sheet of paper with Dot #, name, birth place, ship and date of cruise ? Maybe on an Excel spread sheet. You could color code dots by cruise or by cruise line. This way have can use a smaller map and get more information. Just an thought.

Thank you :)

What a great idea!

AWWW!!! You’re welcome. I had so much fun doing this.

Thanks for sharing the map! I hoped you would!Love

Follow up, I took a map with on my cruise this year. I actually got pretty many people to sign it. Most of the time when I asked them to sign it, it put a great big smile on their faces. Some of them even told me it was a really neat idea. If you zoom in, you can see where it was signed. Enjoy.

I just got a fold up one at AAA. If their country is small, they can just draw an arrow to it.

Trying to find a map of the right size for this endeavor could be a challenge.

Thank you
