What theme cruise would you never go on?

What theme cruise would you never consider going on?? Example: SAW theme cruise, Vegan theme cruise, etc. Doesn’t have to be a real theme cruise, just something that you think would be gross/terrible/awful idea for a theme cruise. Go....

Clothing optional is different than a nudist cruise. I've been on that beach in St. Maartin. Just for the record, I had on my swim suit!

Aunt Pinkie, I have developed the same affliction as you, SO, perhaps we could go on a clothing optional cruise. That way we could sit at the bar sipping our adult beverages, clothed, while we point and giggle at other passengers. Wink

Actually, there has been a very successful Titanic themed cruise. Not sure I would want to go on one, except for the cool clothes.🙄

I don't think a "Titanic" or a "Poseidon Adventure" themed cruise would go over too well! Wink

This thread has potential to stir up all sorts of trouble. I would never go on a cruise where all the bars are closed. Nor a cruise with no limits on where people can smoke.

After our last cruise with a marketing group basically taking over the ship, if I knew I was on themed cruise, it would have to be something I found interesting. We have been on a few cruises that had over 300 singles (an organized theme and unbeknownst to us prior to sailing) and had only few problems (rowdiness). But the marketing group would meet at a bar after the sanctioned activities, and tell others it was a closed group (no signs or mention in the Capers). I wish there was a way to know if a large group was on board. So if the ship was primarily a certain theme, as long as knew before we set sail and I had an option of sailing or no, it would really depend. We really enjoy the October (Halloween themed) cruises, even if we choose not to participate.

Anyway, to the question, probably a nudist cruise (and they do exist), because my birthday suit has developed permanent wrinkles.

I would agree to a point, that I could enjoy any cruise and just avoid the group activities that I didn't care for. However, if the only food being served onboard that particular cruise was vegan, I am not sure I could make the best of that. I think I would avoid that cruise entirely. Big Smile

I would have to agree OGW. Cruising is cruising.

If I didn't like the subject material, I wouldn't go on at all. Else you're stuck in an environment with folks you really don't have anything in common. There are a couple I'd really like to go on, just haven't taken the time to work the long lead scheduling to save a place. Would like to attend a motorcycling cruise which you bring your bike on-board and ride at the various destinations.

LOL .. it is a cruise ... I can ignore any theme and enjoy a cruise
