Required Covid Testing Urgent information for all passengers!

Please be aware that Royal Caribbean requires a negative PBR Antigen test to be conducted a few days before our cruise. As of today, it's good for only two days. It can be ordered, paid for and done at home. I ordered mine from RoyalCaribbean.com/hometestkit.

I encourage everyone to touch base directly with the cruise line for the most accurate and up-to-date covid/cruise requirements. This information changes frequently.

Have a great, fun and safe cruise!

Yes the schedule is further compressed to 2-days prior to embarkation for vaccinated, 3-days prior for unvaccinated. Don't really understand that rationale, other than unvaccinated kids require a PCR vs an antigen test which takes longer to process. RCL is accepting an at-home, video PROCTORED antigen that is commercial available through a their website link for $35/pp.

Did you mean PCR Antigen?
What is a PBR Antigen test?
Is this another type of COVID test and how does it differ from the PCR Antigen test?

Unless we're ALL losing it...there is NO such a thing as a PBR Antigen test....in this case typos matter....guess he's busy looking for a "PBR antigen test" somewhere....

Isn't PBR a beer? I could take a beer test and be OK with it Big Smile

Sounds like a reasonable alternative.Wink
