Drip, drip, drip......

And ..........

Sigh.. And as of last night Carnival has taken all Aug and Sept sailings off their site.. I expect an announcement any time now that those sailings have been cancelled. Crying

Yep we got the notice from NCL of our Sept cancellation. The usual 125% FCC for whatever has been paid or if you want the cash it is a 90 day wait. For those that booked using FCC they are just returning the FCC at 100% .... no 25% bonus :(

We're gonna wait till theres a few cruises prior to ours end of NOV. play their 48 hr thing...read what folks say when they get off the ship...IF they even get on...AND find out what happens to the cruisenext coupons...they were brought forward from the cancelled one, but there's expiry dates involved...what a PITA!!!

I think that is a good approach Yankee.

So .. so far with the cruise next they seem to be extending those. My initial cruise for March 16 2020 which cancelled was booked with a cruise next coupon that was to expire end of Oct 2019. Normally with cruise next you have book and sail before the expiry date but if you call NCL before it expires they are flexible. In our case as long as we booked before expiry they would honour it so we booked in mid October 2019 for the March 2020 cruise. When it cancelled we got the FCC for everything paid AND we got the cruise next certificate back as an FCC. I then used this same cruise next cert in May to book the now cancelled Sept 2020 cruise and I fully expect to get it back again with the expiry being whatever the current FCC expiry is.

Thanks for that! you earned your pay for the week!

And they're postponed yet again.....
