Clothes and my wife are a given. So, that being said....
my Amex card
my camera
my passport
my multi tool ( or SAK )
an extra battery for the camera.
anything else I need I can buy with my Amex. No cell phone. Why ? It would be easier to purchase a calling card at a phone center.

Before I read the comments my thoughts were. Credit card, Passport, RX, phone and a friend...... anything else will be on the ship or I can shop in the ports.
That is only 4....... I'd guess # 5 is a date, if not #4 is useless, Well maybe for the "Emergency Drill"
