Hi everyone. Complete newbie here

Hello all. I've never been on a cruise before and think I need to soon :). I am on my own now and wondering how that works if I don't want to go on a singles cruise. I guess I will ask questions about that later and for now, just say Hi.

Welcome Aboard AntoniaG. I have not sailed single on a cruise but I’m sure all your questions can be answered. Were a friendly bunch ask away!

Welcome. Just cruise the boards and you will find answers.

Welcome aboard. The newer and larger NCL and RCL ships now have single cabins or studio cabins as they are sometimes called made specifically for the single traveler. With these you can avoid the single supplement charged for a standard cabin and that are grouped in their own area of the ship with a singles lounge. So this way you can meet others while still being a part of a larger non singles cruise.

Thank youBubba54, nlcdn and OldGreyWolf (love that name). That is very interesting about studio cabins :)

WELCOME aboard! I would also recommend looking on YouTube for cruise videos of different cruise lines. Some are for ages etc

Welcome! Hope you find the perfect cruise for you. It is easy to talk with others on any cruise, so being single shouldn't be a problem. Good luck!Happy

Welcome!
