Surprisingly Great Experience
Don't believe any negative reviews of this this ship. She is a grand older, nicely updated, well-maintained ship with all of what you'd expect from a Royal Caribbean cruise. The passengers were fun and the cruise staff were actively engaged with the fun. Cruises on this ship are nicely priced without sacrificing any of what you'd experience on newer and larger ships. Don't overlook this opportunity to experience a great cruise at a nice price.

Although not one of the newer ships in the Royal fleet Adventure is very nicely updated and very well maintained. A great cruise by any measure. All food venues were good.

Tired ship
The cruise was overshadowed by the poor maintenance issues. Looked forward to seeing the last day.

Extremely well designed ship. Maintenance is impeccable. A very comfortable space ratio feeling for such a large ship. Specialty restaurants are exceptional and all food venues are above average in food quality and service. Two70 Cafe is my favorite casual eatery on the ship. A very well run ship hitting on all cylinders. Looking forward to sailing her again this year.

Captain Kate had lots of interaction with guests and her noontime announcements were comical.
The ship is awesome. Not too big not too small. Celebrity always knows how to get a party going. The cruise staff is very talented.

Cruise tips
Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
Great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Had lunch at Coconuts Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale Beach prior to boarding the ship. Pier Sixty-Six is a great cruise port hotel with some interesting history.
I used Resort for a Day website to book a day pass at the Iberostar resort. $78.00 PP included use of beach and pool facilities (towel provided) along with a spectacular buffet lunch and unlimited drinks at all of the bars (pool bar is nice).
A visit to the Krazy Lobster beach restaurant is a fun experience. Great guacamole and
Majesty of the Seas
Don't let the age of this ship be a concern. Majesty has a lot of older ship charm and is very well managed and maintained. The cruises on this ship are priced very well and the passengers seemed to be having a great time.
Purchased a day pass for the Iberostar Resort at Resort for a Day website. Great all-inclusive resort at a reasonable price.
