Clever Ideas for Creating More Space in Your Stateroom

Most of these I already do but I haven't used the ideas about the tea lights or the inflatable balloon. Do you have any ideas that you use? Have you tried these ideas?

I think they eliminated the link. I could no longer find it either, sorry.

you crazy bak1061 but your rite............ funny

Ok... I love being organized :) Part of being a Navy brat, I think.

- Collapsible cubes for drawer or cabinet organization can be helpful but many of these are designed for deeper drawers than found on a cruise ship.

- Post-it refrigerator clips go on mirrors to hold daily newsletter, special invitations, reservation reminders, and sign/sail cards.

- Lots of do-dads go into ziplock bags and containers

Okay BAK1061, you do have me thinking......Wink However, the fan has to come along, perhaps I'll leave the husband. LOL (Women and their hormones! lol)

If you wouldn't pack the fan and the hooks and the shoe organizer ( and everything that goes in it ) you wouldn't have any clutter. LOL.Big Smile

Nope, no can read or see, but I bring magnetic hooks to hang lanyards on the wall by the door for easy access. A power strip came in handy along with a small fan on my last cruise. Hanging shoe caddie is also handy! Keeping clutter to a minimum is a must in such a small space. Wink

Hey I'm in costruction. It's how we think.

Funny guy! Remind me not to get a stateroom right next to yours.

I hear hanging mirrors on one wall will give the illusion of more space. So, bring a couple hundred compact mirrors, and a lot of Fun-Tack and knock yourself out.

No, no link. I like to take a hanging organizer for the closet. I can put our shoes, sandals, hats etc. In the sections and keep the closet neater. If the bathroom vanity is tiny, I keep, our toiletries bags in a compartment too.
