After two years . . .

Finally on board the Emerald Princess. After a less than stellar boarding procedure, after two drinks all has been forgiven. It is very apparent that the ship is at reduced capacity. The streamlined muster drill (watch a video to unlock the tv and then scan the medallion at the muster station) is quick and easy.

I had really lost the reason why I love to cruise. In the last hour it is all flooding back.

Getting to sail on these low passenger capacity cruises is wonderful. But makes us a bit spoiled.Big Smile

We're going we're going...and again in Feb!!

I imagine Symphony of the seas will be wonderful in December, even if they bump up to 75%. Every Oasis ship I’ve been on was at full cap, and while it wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t anywhere near the experiences we had on small ships.
