Great cruise but staff needs some work.
Don’t expect the service you once had on celebrity or at least on the reflection. A few crew told us they move a lot of the seasoned staff to the new ships. The new phone app is great if you want to carry your phone with you. Get to port early the port is crazy. Ask for extra condiments like ketchup because they only bring a small little container. Nobody gets a bottle on the table now. No more individual milk that is in a container at room temp at the buffet in a big glass container you pour out of.

Good cruise minus the subpar service in dining and sushi. Make up staff were not eagerly attending to customers. Spa crew were amazing.

awesome ship!!! the good: very clean, never felt crowded, great food. the bad: the pool bar menu has been cut way down and the amount of alcohol in them is a tid more than a smidge. Must go to an inside bar for a decent drink or to at least get your monies worth.
We have been on about 25 cruises 1 holland america, 2 princess, 20 RCCL, 5 celebrity. As you can see we are RCCL fans which includes celebrity. Love the company never had any problems.
