Review summary

Don’t expect the service you once had on celebrity or at least on the reflection. A few crew told us they move a lot of the seasoned staff to the new ships. The new phone app is great if you want to carry your phone with you. Get to port early the port is crazy. Ask for extra condiments like ketchup because they only bring a small little container. Nobody gets a bottle on the table now. No more individual milk that is in a container at room temp at the buffet in a big glass container you pour out of.

Pretty good just miss the separate line for higher tiers in CC.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Murrano and la petite were amazing as always. Lawn club wea a huge let down. Very slow and the staff were not in sync. Main dining one night was great, other night slow and bad menu.

Murano Restaurant

Amazing food and staff.

The Lawn Club Grill

Slow slow slow. Staff does not work as a team. Chef is not a grill master. Waiters are subpar at best.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Euphoria was very good. Pool singer was terrible not much love all around for her. People enjoyed the DJ more.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
All areas for CC members were great especially the guy at the sky bar. The cabin boy was fair. Most of the waiters are newer and don’t seem to enjoy their jobs and the guest. Not very eager to assist anyone. The few staff that have been on ships for years are picking up the slack or at least trying. Just hard to find good help. The big thing is nobody really knows what going on or where things are.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was clean

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
This is a handicap concierge class. I would have given a 5star review but had a torn sheet the first night. It was a danger because the tear was big enough to get your foot caught in and was in the edge so if you got out you could trip. Don’t know how room attendant missed that.

Ship tip

Don’t expect precovid service.
